Patrick DiCiaccio - Real Estate Salesperson
Having lived on the east side, west side, and now the city, I understand our area like only a local can. I appreciate the nuances and personalities of the many neighborhoods of the greater area, and I cherish the communities that call them home. As a full time real estate agent, I understand how these nuances translate to the market. More importantly though, I place a high value on how they relate to you, my client.
The process of buying or selling a home is unique to each individual, and often brings about a range of emotions, some heftier than others. Whether shopping for your first home or dream home, family home or downsizing, investment or retirement, you can be sure that your specific needs, wants, constraints and dreams will not only be heard, but also appreciated and honored.
When selling your home, I begin with a comprehensive look at the current market and a walk through of your property. Together, we prepare your home for market with minor projects as needed, staging, and exceptional photography. After an aggressive marketing push and thorough completion of contracts, you can part from your home feeling positive and ready for wherever life takes you next.
While in pursuit of your new home, I assist in identifying and translating your needs into a viable property search. Along the way, I continue to steer your focus back to these needs, while simultaneously researching new possibilities that may offer a fresh perspective. You can trust that I will explain each step as we move through the process, as well as address any questions or concerns in real time. After a targeted negotiation and accepted purchase offer, we complete a meticulous home inspection and secure a competitive mortgage. Upon move in, you will feel instantly at home and proud of your accomplishment.
